I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were large and comfortable, offering a quiet respite, unlike my previous stay in Fez. The location was excellent, situated right near a bustling market and close to important sites like Djemma el-Fna. However, the service was a letdown, with some staff members being quite rude, and I found the breakfast options to be very limited.
